Use following place to import csv file:

Step 1: Select csv file by clicking “Select Import File” button
Step 2: Once your csv file has uploaded, the csv file name will be showed on top row of the table. Click “Process” button corresponding uploaded csv file row.
Step 3: done

I have attached sample screenshot to explain above steps and use the following corrected csv to import. Carefully “process” your uploaded csv file only once.
